Job Title: Technical supervisor of Projects
Kasra Industrial Coatings Consultants Company, the exclusive representative of the German HEGGEL brand in Iran, as one of the most advanced in the industry of advanced anti-corrosion coatings, requires an expert force as a technical and quality supervisor of the coating with the ability to effectively participate in the projects.
Job Description:
- Monitoring the proper application of coating systems in order to ensure the compliance of operations with the instructions and technical specifications of the supplier.
- Ensuring the accuracy and amount of material consumption during the coating application operation in accordance with the requirements of the client and supplier.
- Inspection of the equipment used in the surface preparation and coating application to ensure proper apply conditions and eliminate the possible risks of coating defects during the application operation.
- Inspection of the surface preparation process according to the requirements and technical
specifications of the supplier.
- Performing quality control tests at the project site during and after the application of the coatings in accordance with the technical specifications of the supplier to ensure the final completion of the coating with international standards.
- Preparation of detailed and documented reports, including the results of inspections and tests performed before and after the application of the coatings.
- Ensuring the proper quality of the coating through the process of careful monitoring, inspection and close communication with all interested parties before, during and after the application and ensuring the successful result of the applied coating system.
- Accompaniment and technical support of the sales team in negotiations with customers.
- Participation in site visits, technical and specialized meetings with customers in order to marketing the company's products.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in paint and polymer engineering, chemistry, material or related fields.
- Having at least 5 years of experience in the field of inspecting the preparation of surfaces and the application of industrial and anti-corrosion coatings in various industries.
- Full familiarity with coating chemistry, surface preparation, coating application and fixing their defects.
- Knowledge of English language and mastery of international standards related to surface preparation, quality tests of coatings, specifications and technical documents of coatings and project reports.
- Having valid paint and coating inspection certificates is an advantage.
